TL;DR – Sick movie, inspirational true story that is an example of the motivation of revenge and will power. You can use inspirational tales like this to help put your first world problems into perspective. Mad Max was better though GGWP. I do think Leo will win the all too elusive Oscar.
TL;DR – Happy New Year! 2015 was an awesome year for me. I made some cool new friends, built on my strong relationships with my old ones, and finished my 17th year of education. I achieved all of my goals for the year. To achieve your goals I recommend putting yourself under pressure. Pressure is a catalyst for achieving your goals. Whenever you perform under pressure it reassures you, builds confidence in your ability and shows yourself that ‘THERE IS MORE IN YOU’.
Happy New Year everyone!
To those of you visiting from my personal Facebook, I did warn you I would have a New Year’s essay.
Firstly what a year 2015 has been. I hope everyone has brought the New Year in style and are all set and refreshed after January to smash out 2016!
Thank you to all the friends, old and new, who have made this past year as awesome as it has been.
My Name is Matthew Phillips-Rudowski and welcome to Son of the Red Wolf or SRW shorthand.
I have always enjoyed writing. Now that I have finished my time at University I want to continue to sharpen this tool and delve into my own personal style. E.g. you will notice colloquialisms, made up words, clichés, internet jargon and ironic hashtags.
I created this blog as a platform to: speak my mind, journal my life, promote and practice my art but ultimately to motivate people (and frankly myself).
If you are wondering, the name of the blog is referring to me. My father’s name is Ralph. The name Ralph translates in English to – Red Wolf. I am his son so hence ‘Son of the Red Wolf’ – not too hard to follow along I hope.
If you’ve met me in person you will know I am Outspoken and not afraid to share my opinions and ideas -popular or not- with the world. In other words, I’m a massive windbag. In saying that I am all about walking the walk – words without action are meaningless.
I will warn you that this is not a ‘SAFE SPACE’ of coddling feelings and avoiding toes being stepped on.
As hilarious as South Park is I am not ‘PC bro’.
I am aware I will offend people but as Ricky Gervais would say “So what?”
